
As I'm sure all of you have wondered at some time during your training where
do force abilities come into play. In the fiction they have all sorts of abilities
that through training in the force they are able to do...Let me stop you right there
and say we are NOT fiction so the comparison should stop there, however there are
force abilities that we can learn through the force. Here we will discuss all the
known force abilities that we can learn through meditation and training and how
to train for specific abilities. Please understand that most of the force abilities
people know of are actually seperate parts of the four abilities listed. For example
if you master Force Grip then you can move objects, choke a person, alter the course
of moving objects etc...
Before we delve into the different force abilities and skills lets take a look
at how to project. Projection is not absolutely required to use a force ability but
can aide in using one especially during the beggining stages of training. By using
your hand to "aim" or project the force to a specific object you can learn greater
control, basically by using your hand to project you learn to focus quicker. We strongly
suggest that you learn these abilities through projection before attempting blind
learning, it will make your lessons easier.
Force Sight is one of the most basic manifestations of Force abilities. It
basically is a higher intuition, or premonitions. When focused and mastered it
may be used to see events either in the past or the future by seconds, minutes,
or even many months. Through Mindful Meditation we can learn to develop these skills,
remember to not ignore these feelings. When you experience Deja Vu, an insightful dream,
or a direct premonition embrace it because that is what you seek.
Force Grip is not what most think at first. Force Grip is simply using the force
or a projection of the force to grab something. Once it is grabbed it is this same
skill that moves the item at your command. This is often referred to by science
as "Telekinesis" or "Mind over Matter" but in reality people who are naturally able
to do this are just showing strong natural force abilities. By utilizing the Inner
Darkness Meditation as well as Mindful Meditation this skill can be mastered, although
it is considered by some to be one of the hardest to learn.
Force mind tricks, as the name implys is using the force to decieve someone.
By entering thoughts into thier minds through the force you can sway one way or
another an individual. By training in Inner Darkness Meditation and Relaxation Meditation
you can master this skill. By focusing your relaxation technique on the one you
are attempting to sway you can ease them into a state of hypnosis to enter the
suggestion.
Force Reflexes are increased speed, stamina, and agility through the force.
Before we get into details it should be noted that Force enhanced abilities are
still subject to our own physical bodies. Through intense training of Acerbus Volo
